Use case

Measure H2 anywhere in PEM & Alkaline electrolysis

Reliable hydrogen monitoring is critical for the safety, efficiency, and performance of electrolysis systems. Our robust sensor technology enables measurements at multiple stages in the process to provide valuable insights into crossover rates.

For both PEM and alkaline electrolysis, it allows monitoring without extensive gas sample conditioning, enabling earlier detection of crossover hydrogen. This reliable data helps optimize performance, ensure safe operation, and reduce system complexity.

The measurement positions A, B, and C in the PEM electrolysis plant provide much faster measurements, as these locations are closer to the stack.

4-month trial program

Pilot program

The pilot program is an opportunity for you to evaluate if our sensor technology meets your needs and requirements.

Phase 1

Scoping

We visit your facilities and together define success criteria for the next phase: a 4-month measurement campaign.

Phase 2

4-month trial

Our sensor measures in your setup, and we manage the progress of the program via online meetings as required.

Phase 3

Evaluation

After the end of the trial, we evaluate the results and explore potential next steps for further collaboration.
